National Bank of Pakistan is a foreign commercial bank in Bangladesh. The bank opened its 1st Branch in the Commercial Center Motijheel, Dhaka, in August 1994 and opened its 2nd Branch in April 2004 at Agrabad, Chittagong, in Bangladesh.
